Registration cost is $75.00 per person; $50.00 for employees coming from a worksite that applied for a 2012 Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports Worksite Wellness Award; and $100.00 for registrations after March 9, 2013; no walk in registrations will be permitted.

Payment will be accepted online at www.vermontfitness.org or by check made out to: ‘The Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports’.

We are very excited to host our key note speaker, Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute (NWI), a driving force in health promotion and wellness for more than thirty years. As a pioneer he defined (and defended with zeal) the wellness concept as it emerged. Dr. Hettler will speak on the six dimensions of wellness that help individuals and organizations strive for optimal health.
