The focus will be on affordable produce, and enhancing flavors with 5 key herbs and seasonings. This workshop is taught by Chef Leah Pryor of the University of Vermont Medical Center. Chef Pryor is co-founder of UVM's Culinary Medicine Program. You'll lkeave with a toolkit of recipes, flavor enhancing techniques and teaching strategies that will help you to empower others to cook economically and healthily.
