Please pass this along to others who might be interested in " Menus,Meals & Recipes: A Caregiver's Guide for Healthy Eating with Diabetes", Feb 17, 24, March 3, 10 (Tuesday afternoons) from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. This program is supported by the VDH and UVM Extension with development and leadership by UVM Extension Nutrition and Food Specialists, CDEs and RDs.

Perhaps you know individuals (professionals and consumers) who help care for people living with diabetes. They may work at facilities, in programs, or at home helping someone eat healthfully. The attached registration form describes the four-session content and other details to participate in a statewide training via Vermont Interactive Television.
