• A complimentary 270 page cookbook, posters, and more

You’ll hear from food service experts on how they’re meeting the ever-increasing demand for meat-free menu items and how they’ve transformed their dining operations to be healthier, more sustainable, and cost effective. You’ll even learn how one institution cut food costs by 20% and gained $165,000 of free publicity.

“The Humane Society’s passion about their “plant strong” movement is evident by the amount of knowledge they strive to share, and the footwork they’ve established to help the community adapt to this movement as well. Their Food Forward event brought together nutrition and food professionals from across [the state] to educate and encourage the community in an inevitable transition to a more plant based diet.”
