The goal of the workshop is to help both health professionals and athletes alike to boost their sports nutrition confidence. The live workshops will be held in Boston, Arlington, Norfolk, and Raleigh. There is also an online option for those unable to attend in person.


The workshop will combine science with real-world experience, including case studies and the personal wisdom of the two highly respected leaders, sports dietitian Nancy Clark MS RD CSSD and exercise physiologist and researcher John Ivy PhD.
