You’ll hear from food service experts on how they’re meeting the ever-increasing demand for meat-free menu items and how they’ve transformed their dining operations to be healthier, more sustainable, and cost effective. You’ll even learn how one institution cut food costs by 20% and gained $165,000 of free publicity. We want to hear what you’re doing too!
