• Identify the main components of the Affordable Care Act with regard to breastfeeding support in the workplace.
• Identify solutions for supporting breastfeeding women at work in the following non-office environments: retail stores, restaurants, schools, hopsitals, and manufacturing plants.
• Devise an action plan for supporting mothers and conducting outreach with employers in the community

Who Should Attend
This training is intended for: breastfeeding coalition members, breastfeeding advocates, lactation consultants, midwives, nurse practitioners, nurses, childbirth educators, doulas, La Leche League leaders, breastfeeding peer counselors, parent-child center staff, family support workers, and public health nurses and nutritionists.
